After extreme volatile session the SENSEX closed almost flat on Tuesday.
According to technicals the index is forming a Head and Shoulder pattern.

I EXPECT THIS DOWNWARD MOVE TO CONTINUE TILL 12300.IF THIS BREAKS IT WOULD LEAD IT TO 11932.
ALSO IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW MARKET REACTS IN THE FIRST HOUR OF TRADE.IF IT OPENS BELOW THE PREV DAYS LOW OF 12672 WOULD LEAD TO ANOTHER 50-60 POINT FALL.
Any kind of downward movement should be used as an opportunity to enter into good stocks of which some i have recommended.This is expeected to be the last downward rally after which market would continue is BULL-RUN.
I expect the Intiative of the next bull-run to start from Thursday onwards.

Relaince Comm:Wasnt able to sustain its upward move.396 is a very crucial level for this stock.If this breaks it would go to 370-380.
SBI:This badly beaten stockhad a relief rally.Most of our clients have shorted this stock.
ICICI:Extreme weakness was shown by this stock in last few hours of trade.Most of our clients benefited from it today itself.

Hi gaurav all companies except RDBare good companies if you have the stock plz hold them if you planning to buy them there are better opportunities in the space
